This year marked the Fourth Anniversary for a new and upcoming Concours event, "The Louisville Concours D'Elegance. Again this year, it was held in the infield of Historical Churchill Downs. Take a look at the sky in these photo's, with just a hint of Fall Chill in the air, the weather was absolutely beautiful for Saturdays Show. Owners of these fabulous automobiles are all competing for those coveted Best of Show, Best in Class, and Peoples Choice awards, but the Real Winners will not be found in the Winners Circle, the Real Winners are the children of Brooklawn Child and Family Services. Brooklawn is a non-profit agency that serves the needs of children across the Commonwealth of Kentucky who suffer from the effects abuse and neglect. Proceeds from this annual event go to Brooklawn. Concours Founder, Robert Davenport, and his team work very hard to make the Louisville Concours d'Elegance a Success. Their efforts and dedication to Brooklawn speak for themselves

Mercedes-Benz, this years Featured Marque, Celebrated 125 years. Mercedes-Benz (with their Diamler connection) is the oldest and only Automobile Company that can make that claim. Many Vintage Mercedes-Benz cars from across the country were part of this years show. The Black 300SL Gullwing, pictured here, drew admirers all day. Besides those great upward opening doors, check out the fitted luggage and tilt steering wheel. The Gullwings, when not competing on the track, were the ultimate Grand Touring Cars.
